Why can't I share my screen?

The screen share option isn’t always available on all mobile devices using the web version of the Ezumeet platform. If you don’t see a share button, try the following:

  • Try switching browsers. For example, if you’re on a Chrome browser on an iOS device, trying switching to the native Safari browser instead.
  • The Jitsi app is compatible with Ezumeet meetings. If you can’t get your browser to allow sharing on a mobile device, try installing the Jitsi app, and launch your meeting again, and allow the Jitsi app to open the meeting for you instead of a browser.
