By Joining this group you hereby agree to the following terms or membership.

• Ezumee Kendo Clubs & Groups, Specifically, Ezumee Metro Vancouver Kendo Club is not responsible for your actions or the actions of other members. Members behaving badly will be removed.
• Ezumee Kendo Clubs & Groups, Specifically, Ezumee Metro Vancouver Kendo Club & Club Volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, damage or losses. Events are independent volunteer hosted. Each member is responsible for their own actions and to decide weather they will follow or not follow an events course or suggestions.
• Event hosts or organisers are independent from Ezumee Groups and not employees or representatives of Ezumee Groups.
• If you have a serious health issue that could affect your time at events, you agree to privately let the event organiser and or event host know of your condition so that they are aware and can provide correct assistance actions in the case of an emergency. 
• You also confirm that you have a proper and strong enough understanding of the English Language to accept the above terms of membership
• You agree to the terms of use by virtue of your use and continued use of this group & the platform.
