Message from the Japan QA Platform Founder & Creator Masanori
I am a native Japanese speaker and currently work as a software engineer at a company in Japan.
I would like to introduce JapanQA (https://japanqa.com), a new platform I recently launched.
JapanQA allows anyone to ask questions about Japan(its culture, lifestyle, customs, travel tips, and more) and receive answers directly from Japanese locals.
Thanks to integrated translation features, users and locals can communicate smoothly, even if they don’t speak the same language.
The idea for JapanQA came from my own experiences talking with international friends. Many of them shared that although they love Japanese culture and find Japanese people very kind, they’ve never had the chance to actually talk to a Japanese person simply because most Japanese people don't speak English fluently.
On the other hand, many Japanese people feel the same hesitation when it comes to talking with English speakers, despite sharing a common interest in things like anime, food, and traditions.
I created JapanQA to break down that invisible wall to make communication and cultural exchange between Japan and the world more accessible and meaningful.
